You really should study whole torque model in FR first.
In your file you will not get more then around 130% load request because your highest KFMIZUxx is around 75% torque.
When you put that into KFMIRL you get around 130% load what is your current limit.

At what hex address do you find these "KFMIZUxx", I cannot find any reference to that map name either in any Volvo ME7 damos/mappack?
I have found different monitoring maps (on my phone now so cant give hex addresses) but they maxed out at around 180 with 192 as max (255)

0x11B83 and on - 3 maps 8x8 bytes (axes elsewhere)

I am working on my other S60. This one is a B5234T7. Basically the same as a B5234T3, but with a 13T turbo

I really like the way the car runs with the V1 file. However, when I go full throttle for more than 5 seconds, it sets ECM-6806. Turbocharger Flow Too Low. And does not boost

Lowering KFLDRX on the V2 file solved this problem but I loose a lot of power that I had when I am using the V1 file.

Can anyone please point me to the right direction to fix the ECM-6806 issue I am experiencing with the V1 file?

With the way you modified LDORXN you told ECU that in case something goes wrong like MAP or TCV malfunction or some airleak and turbo goes crazy you want it to go even more crazy and blow up your engine possibly Smiley
If that is what you want you can leave it like that Smiley
But seriously, you should even set it lower then stock if you tune the car. That way you will be safer in case of issues with overboost and you will get more noticeable "boostcut" or rather throttle cut if you properly set KFVPDKSx maps so you will not miss the issue.

Also at LDRXN you are probably requesting way more then the turbo can do - so you can't be surprised ECU triggers underboost error.
You can FF out EDLDRP like LDORXN so you disable underboost diagnostics also and happily request any boost Wink
I am kidding. Don't do it! Set your boost requests and PID properly and leave stock diagnostics and safety features!

If you need to add so much fuel in FKKVS then you probably have some issue with MAF (dirty, damaged?) or fuel system or both (i assume you did it to correct fuel trims not because you misused it for something else Wink

In KFVPDKLD you basically disabled flow diagnostics so in case MAF goes crazy or charge pipe brakes/pops out ECU will not see that and will let possibly kill/damage/stress your engine.

Adding that 3deg. of ignition in KFZWOP doesn't add you any more ignition but mess up load/torque calculations for ECU (with 3deg. difference not much fortunately or unfortunately depend what is the purpose of the tune, improving engine control or messing it up Wink
That table is not ignition table basically.

And props for disabling VMAX limiter - that is actually quite funny Wink

Thank you. This works great flashing my MY2000 V70T5 with ME7 and B5234T3 with Mongoose and 250kbps CAN baud rate.

I'd like to replace the original file with the 10EHRJ "R" file since there's a logger definition that has proper addresses for the boost control variables. Mine is apparently also 10EHRJ but not quite same when it comes to boost control.

I've understood that the immo is on the flash for P80 cars, anyone know where exactly so I can copy it over, or if I could marry it with Mongoose+VIDA?

All 4 KFZW variants is what is adjusted. The KFZWOP is normally left alone.

Я загружал прошивки Денсо 3.0 в старый ВинОЛС 2.28, он находит области с контрольками. Полагаю, что будет работать нормально. На столе блок прошивал, вроде работает. В машине не пробовал. Но речь идёт о дорестайлинге с флешкой на 1.5 мб.

I've downloaded openmoose and it's is working perfectly so far, much impressed.

A few little things I'm unsure of on the xdf file though.
Possibly just me being dumb and not grasping things yet,  I can't see a few definitions, LDRXN is the only 1 I can think of off the top of my head, there's a few others but I'd need to go through them to remember which ones
